Dear Current and Future Participants,

Facing the COVID-19 pandemic has put us all into uncertain and unprecedented circumstances, however, these times have not changed Circuit’s commitment to the safety and welfare of the participants, physician practices and community where we serve to operate clinical trials. Caring for the Buffalo communities compels us to do our best to protect the participants and the healthcare professionals receiving and delivering care. We have made the necessary decisions to support those who are currently enrolled in a clinical trial for as long as the offices we deliver care in are open. We are suspending all future screening visits until at least April 22, 2020.

We are taking all necessary steps to protect our participants, visitors, and staff:

  • Screening all staff and participants for symptoms and making decisions based upon the wellness of these individuals

  • Keeping all surfaces clean

  • Washing hands frequently

  • Implementing new study visit policies

  • Using protective gear when appropriate

Circuit will continue to track COVID-19 updates and directives from the federal, state officials and medical experts and will diligently follow all advisories and guidance in the coming days, weeks, and months ahead.

Know that our clinical research professionals are here to answer your questions and feel free at any time if you are confused about the COVID-19 virus or your health you may call your clinical research coordinator.
